Service Description
This 4-week training and nutrition program is for individuals who want to get in their best shape in minimal time for a special event (photo shoot, pool party, wedding, reunion, etc.) with workouts that are done in an hour or less! The program is customized specifically for the client's gym equipment, whether they have access to a full gym, a home gym, or have no equipment at all. It is best suited for clients with at least 2 to 3 years of combined resistance training (weight-lifting) experience. The program also includes a 1-on-1 video consultation with a trainer to fully explain the program and answer all questions.
