Service Description
This 8-week training and nutrition program is for individuals who want the most optimal, sustainable fitness and diet regimen get into the best shape of their lives by burning fat and building muscle tone. Everyday J.O.E. workouts take less than an hour -- some workouts are only 20 minutes, but that's all it takes for an effective session! The program is customized specifically for the client's sex (female/male), exercise background, injury history, and the client's gym equipment-- whether they have access to a full gym, a home gym, or have no equipment at all. The program also includes a 1-on-1 video consultation with a trainer to fully explain the program and answer all questions.
